Shown is our complete Competition Dry Tuned Exhaust System that is designed to be used with all Zenoah 23-26 cc marine engines. Both the exhaust manifold and coupler feature internal water cooling that circulates around the sealing O-rings and does not allow the water to enter the exhaust pipe. The water is expelled through a water-outlet that can be purchased seperatly. This system features a slide coupler and mount for adjusting the length of the pipe to compensate for engine displacement and internal performance modifications. This system is sold with our center-out manifold that places the tuned pipe inline with the engine output shaft. Perfect for use with V bottoms, Cat's, and Hydro's.

This complete kit as shown is designed to install and exit over-top of the transom as shown and includes adjustable transom mounting bracket to secure the tail end of the pipe. See some phots above showing typical installation. This kit is designed to be water cooled and a water pump is required when using it with and engine that is equipted with a clutch. If water is not permitted a continuous flow damage will occur to the o-ring seals.
