The Enforcer Pro-Wet Tuned exhaust system is used on more gas powered boats than any other system on the market. Designed for performance sport boaters, this system neatly conceals inside your “V” hull with only 2 to 3 inches exposed through the bottom left of the transom. On average you can get as much as 1000 additional RPM's from your engine with this system, without the added maintenance and difficulty in hiding the pipe as when using a dry tuned pipe.
The Pro-Wet Tuned system is water-cooled, dispensing the heated water as steam through the end tip and out of the boat. The cooling serves two purposes: keeps the system at low operating temperatures (well under 200 degrees), and allows a much smaller overall pipe length. The included water pump (with hardware) maintains constant temperature while idling.
This system can be used with most popular 2-cycle gas marine engines on the market.

• COOLING SYSTEM PLUMBING AND OPERATION- Water is fed into the pump inlet tubing through a water pick up mounted below the waters surface on the exterior of the boat. The water enters the water pump that is operational by using the crank case negative and positive pulse created, through a special fitting that is connected to another fitting on the crank case or intake manifold. When the engine is running, no other power source is necessary. This pulse is strongest when the engine is at an idle and the pump will then feed the water into the water-cooling jacket on the engine, and exit into the exhaust header through a water-inlet fitting. Once the boat is underway and the incoming pressure exceeds the pumps capability the pump will go into a bypass state and the system will maintain water flow by forced pressure until the boat comes to a stop at engine idle once again. The water that enters the tuned exhaust pipe becomes super-heated and exits the exhaust through the tail pipe (stinger) end. This system is engineered to be tuned with water inside while the engine is running. It will greatly reduce performance if run in a dry state as well as cause potential heat damage.
