Shown here is our Competition Dry (Zero-band) Tuned Exhaust System with our 180 degree header that directs the pipe left of the exhaust manifold and back. This system is very popular for Deep Vees and Hydros. This system is designed to be installed inside the hull or over the transom. If installed inside the hull you must be sure there must be a minimum of 1/2" air gap between all metal parts due to the high heat they produce.

This system is recommend for gas boats with engines from 23cc - 30cc between 42" - 50". For boats larger than 50" we also offer this system with a 2" band pipe in exchange for the standard pipe. See some photos above showing typical installation. This kit is designed to be water cooled and a water pump is required when using it with and engine that is equipped with a clutch. If water is not permitted a continuous flow damage will occur to the o-ring seals.
