Our Dry Tuned Pipe is available seperately for replacement. Features a polished aluminum finish and water-cooled inlet jacket, no exhaust coupler required. Includes two O-ring seals and 2- water fittings.
New for 2012 all of our dry tuned pipes will be equipped with an internal silencer. This means quieter running without loosing your lake due to noise. We designed this internal silencer over years of testing and development to provide maximum horsepower and keep the DBs well under the legal noise limit.
You won't notice any additional weight and the pips still look great! No more having to hang an expensive silencer off the back of your boat. You can't see it, but will know it's there once you start your engine. Best of all there is virtually no effect on performance.
This pipe is designed to be used with our stainless steel and aluminum 7/8" O.D. headers.

Features

Seamless aluminum construction, features internal silencer. 7/8" inlet is designed to use our stainless steel or aluminum headers of the same diameter.
A "band pipe" refers to the straight 2" sectuin that is located at the mid-point of the tuned pipe. This section separates the two cones and provides a broader power curve which can provide smoother transition from low speed to top end. While we recommend these pipes for larger hulls typically over 46" in length, some users have found that this pipe works well on smaller Catamarand and Hydro type boats as well.
This pipe is designed to be used with a 2- cycle gasoline engine 25 - 30 cc's displacement.
