Complete four point rubber isolated engine mount and clutch system. Exact as used on most ENFORCER line of model boats. This system features easy to install CNC machined and injection molded components that will adapt to all Zenoah G260 box factory engines. What makes this design superior to other manufacturers designs is the fact that the front nose cone concealing the square drive power takeoff is sealed ahead of the clutch and also to the 3/8ths inch shaft tube. This sealed section incorporates a grease fitting and holds over 1 ounce of standard "00" type grease which is easily injected with the grease injector included with the kit. This concept serves three purposes.

The injected grease lubricates the drive cable, requiring the cable removal after each daily use, instead of having to remove the cable for re-greasing every one or two tanks of gasoline which is standard practice using conventional methods.

Water entering the shaft tube from the transom of the boat cannot spill into the hull since the shaft tube and nose are sealed by means of a removable compression fitting.

This compression fitting also securely holds the shaft tube in place, requiring no additional fiber glassing or adhesives that are normally required to permenently mount a shaft tube. All that is necessary to secure the aft portion of the shaft tube is our Enforcer Iso-pad which adheres to the bottom of the boat with high quality silicone. Once the Iso-pad is permenently in place, the shaft tube can still be removed and replaced if necessary without the use of tools in a matter of minutes.

Mounts
The forward aluminum mount system bolts directly to the 1/4 inch aluminum plate that is supplied with the Zenoah engine, no additional drilling is required. We include a built in coil relocating bracket on the right mount to move the coil from the engine block to the mount section, which gets the coil in a higher, dry environment and allows easy access to the pressure tap fitting located on the lower side of the intake manifold that powers the water pump. Four large one inch dia. rubber mounts assures that your engine movement is minimal but effective.

The rear mount attaches to our clutch system and enables the engine to adjust up and down once in place in the hull, making this system the most universal available. All thats required is industry standard 5 inch rail spacing (inside to inside)

Clutch
We manufacture the most durable clutch system on the market utilizing heavy duty single spring clutch shoes. The clutch drum is precision made and dual bearing supported in an injection molded housing.

We engineered this system to provide many hours of trouble-free operation, and as stated is used exact as described in all our production Enforcer boats. CAD drawings and directions are included.
