Additional Requirements
Our newest addition to the Enforcer / Zenoah engine family. This new G260 engine features injection molded composite mounts and clutch housing from RMB Mfg. Co. This is the ultimate set-up in great power at a great price, perfect for the home boat builder. There are two performance versions available: the standard 2.9 H.P and our M5 modified. They come standard with a black water-jacket and black mounts. The mounts are new from RMB injection molded composite/Nylon. Conventional 4-point (rubber) "Quick release" style and will fit standard 5" rail spacing. You can also choose from a square end or pressure type cable collet. We even include the throttle cable so it's basically "Plug and Play". More options available at check-out.

Shown here is the composite clutch assembly with our bulletproof clutch bell and shoes. A square end cable reciever comes standard with the engine but a compression colett for smooth cables can be added for a small upcharge. Lifetime warranty on all composite parts.

Enforcer Canister Exhaust
Our canister exhaust has become the most popular choice for the sport budget-minded gas modelboater. Its die-cast aluminum 2 piece design makes it easy to install and maintain. An exhaust adapter is included with this kit that can be used with or without water-cooling. This system is designed for open cockpit boats and cannot be used with a hatch cover.

Dry Tuned Exhaust System
Bolt-on sheer horsepower! By adding this custom tuned pipe system you will increase your engines performance up to 15%. This system is a dry system that utilizes a water cooled exhaust manifold and pipe/header coupler and includes a vaccuum actuated water pump that operates off of engine pulse pressure. Also includes necessary tap fitting.
Shown here is our water-cooled manifold with our "wrap to center" header. Water from the pump enters the manifold but can not enter the header so proper cooling is provided to the O-ring seals. From the manifold water enters the special O-ring sealed pipe coupler and keeps this section cool as well. The O-ring life span is much greater than conventional silicone couplers and looks much better.
Here is our vacuum actuated water-pump used to provide a steady stream of water through the system while the engine is at idle. The engine provides the pulse from the crank case that keeps the pump working, so no batteries. You will also receive the fitting to tap for the pump.
Shown here is the completed system and the pipe mounting bracket (also included). Simply drill a hole in the aft of the deck and install the rubber gromett and nylon nut and bolt, thats all that there is to it. This complete system can be installed in about 1-2 hours. You can expect speeds over 45 MPH with this single upgrade!
Wet Tuned System
Shown here is our exclusivly designed water cooled exhaust manifold and wet header. Preheated water from the water jacket circulates through the exhaust manifold and is injected into the header where it becomes super heated and turns into steam which keeps the system at very low operating temperatures. Tuned at a slightly lower performance level than a true dry system, however it is virtually maintenence free.
Here is a picture of the complete installed tuned pipe. Notice how it neatly conceals inside the hull with only a small portion of the exhaust protruding through the transom. This system works well in most Vee hulls from 46 inches and up.
