If you have a Zenoah 23 - 29cc marine engine there is no easier and better clutch and mounting system than the Enforcer Deluxe. This is the exact same system that is used in every ready to run Enforcer Boat manufactured, and that equates to thousands. The system features a (2) shoe heavy duty clutch pack, the same as used in large scale 1/5th R/C cars. All the other components are manufactured by Enforcer including quality injection molded fiberglass composite clutch housing and nose piece. This material resists vibration damage and can not rust or corode. The composite parts are so tough we offer a lifetime replacement warranty if one fails, no questions asked. This kit is designed to bolt directly to a Zenoah PUM marine engine. The forward mounts (2) attach to the 1/4" aluminum plate supplied with the Zenoah engines. The kit is easy to install with all components bolting in place. A template is provided to locate (2) holes necessary to drill through the 1/4" plate to secure the forward mounts. The rear mounts ( clutch side ) are designed to enable the nose of the engine to move up and down making this system usable for most model boats on the market. The mounts are designed to fit between industry standard 5" rail spacing. One of the best features that seperates this system for the rest on the market is the sealed nose piece. This enables the 3/8" diameter steel shaft tube (12" included) to be inserted into the nose piece and secured in place with an included compression fitting. The nose and drive shaft become a sealed unit which also enables you to grease the drive shaft via a fitting located on the nose piece. This closed system also prevents unwanted water to enter the shaft tube and drain into the hull which is common in conventional mounting methods. All of these features makes the Enforcer deluxe Clutch system far superior to any other. Antoher Enforcer innovation is the shaft mounting pad known as the Iso-Pad. This pre-formed silicone pad will fit Vee bottom hulls from a 10 - 25 degree Vee. The pad is secured in place with a quality silicone adhesive and the shaft tube is pushed into the pad secured with a friction fit. The PTO ( power-take-off ) clutch side of the engine features a female square end receiver so our solder-less drive cables can be used.
