We are quite pleased with the results of the Futaba 2.4G radio system and whatever bugs that this new technology had a couple years ago have seemed to be wiped out.  Now introducing the new 3PL 2.4G with a third channel that can be used to safely turn your gas engine off by means of an electronic switch. As with all 2.4 GHz systems, this system works like our cell phones, or satalite dishes and once activated it searches through numerous frequencies for a clear channel. If another person was to turn on a 2.4G radio, or any radio for that matter it would not interfere with one that is presently working, and if also a 2.4 GHz it too searches for a clear channel prior to issuing a transmission. AM or FM frequencies will not interfere with 2.4 GHz.

One of the coolest features of this technology is the lack of antenna on the transmitter and the small size of the antenna on the receiver.
We are certain this technology is the future of radio control and it will soon replace the standard transmission.

This system does not come with servos or a battery pack for the receiver which are available under the options section.
