Our new billet aluminum machined engine kit will make your Zenoah engine faster and look way cooler. The crank case halves are bored within .002 of an inch making the crankshaft and bearing alignment near perfect, this reduces heat and produces more power. This also enables you to use a (4) bearingcrank support if you choose by replacing the two outer seals with sealed bearings (sold seperatly, please inquire). The four bearing system has proved to increase the RPM's by reducing crank-flex and is highly recommended. When the XM6 engine is purchased as complete , we include the four bearing system. Also included is our new Super-Cool water jacket that features multiple lines-- in and out -- if extra water cooling is needed. The top of the head also features deep fins allowing additional heat to be quickly carried away. A machined Magneto plate is included and offers precision clearance between the flywheel and Magneto. Both plate and cases are secured by only four bolts, making it very easy for engine disassembly. The kit also includes our coil relocator bracket. This system is designed to be used with our (aluminum) Quick-release 4-point engine mounts, (sold seperatly) however other manufactures mounts may be adapted.
Use your Zenoah G260 engine as a donor,here's what you will need to complete:
Crankshaft assy, piston and ring, piston pin and bearing, crank shaft bearings (2) - (4), seals (2) if using two crank shaft bearings, complete engine gasket set, magneto, flywheel, source coil, pull start housing, starter hub, spark plug, and engine mounts.
Required to complete is a donor Zenoah G260 or G231 Engine, where the following parts will be used:
- Crankshaft
- Bearings
- Magneto
- Source Coil
- Pull-Start Housing
- Water Jacket (screws and seals)
- Flywheel
- Flywheel Key
- Cyllinder and Piston Assembly
- Miscellaneous Engine Bolts
Additional Parts Required:
- Cylinder Base Gasket
- Front and Rear Engine Seal Kit
- Engine Mounts (can use standard 1/4" plate supplied with Zenoah or most after-market configured mounts)
