Shipping charges will not be visable or included on the online order form.
It is much better to allow us at Warehouse Hobbies to process shipping rates in house. The online store uses actual weight of each product to automatically estimate shipping charges, however if you allow us to process the shipping, we can provide you a lesser shipping rate than the store will provide. We have the liberty to choose box sizes according to the physical size of the products ordered and can figure exact box weight. This in turn can save you considerable money. The online calculation system ties directly to UPS with each product number given a specific weight. We have found that this system function can result in higher shipping costs. If you would like us to email you the exact shipping for your order, please specify in the special instructions. Shipping rates are added to your total after the initial order submission. All purchases under $100 dollars have an additional $3 dollar handling fee. Warehouse Hobbies will not contact you to confirm shipping rates unless requested. Order Processing:
All orders are packed and shipped in the order that they are received, including direct phone orders. Warehouse Hobbies receives many orders daily. Currently we are receiving high volumes of orders for both boats and parts. As a direct result, even with a full staff, these orders have extended the anticipated processing and shipping times. If you require your product fast and/or special delivery, such as, overnight, two day air, etc. please call us toll free Monday through Friday from 9:30am to 5:30pm EST at 1-800-444-1995. You may also leave any necessary information including a daily call back number in our order comment box and we will make contact with you to try and meet your special needs. If a product is out of stock, we will contact you prior to shipping.
